The agent I spoke with sucks! 2 hours into the phone and still that frickin’ agent (Jorell Timbol) still DENIES MY REQUEST to be transferred to a supervisor. Now, what the fuckin’ hell is that??? I’ve been in the Call Center Industry for 5 LONG years and never were we taught to deny a customer the right to talk to a supervisor. He keeps on telling me that his supervisor (Jericho Balignasa) will tell me the exact same thing. The hell I care! Worst? I had to throw a bitch fit before he’s finally given me the name of his supervisor. WTF? So names can’t be given now for personal issues eh? I swear SMARTBRO seriouly needs some major overhaul with regards to their training modules. They oughta start teaching their newbies Call Center 101 before they proceed with Client Specifics. Super kainet ng dugo!
